Dear readers,
I want to let you know about some new media additions that I’ve made to the blog. First of all, I’ve added a new “Audio” section and feature. A close friend of mine, and follower of this blog, recently asked if I could possibly record some of my posts and email them to him in mp3 format. He said he had more time to listen to them while commuting than he had to read them at other times. I started to record some posts for him personally and then realized that there may be others, as well, who would have more time, or would prefer, to listen rather than to read posts and pages on this blog. So, whether it is while driving, exercising, doing chores, or just relaxing, there will now be a section on this blog with recorded readings of selected posts and pages for you to listen to if you prefer. I will also provide a notice and link at the beginning of those posts and pages that have this option. I hope this will be a blessing for some of you!
To access the new section, and the audio selections that have been added so far, please follow this link: Audio. You may also access it anytime from the “Audio” tab on the header bar at the top of the page. Please be sure to check back occasionally as well, as this section will be updated regularly with old and new content being recorded.
To give a sample of what these recordings are like, I’ve included one in this post. Please click the arrow on the player below to listen. When you are done, I’d greatly appreciate it if you’d consider giving some feedback. I’ve listed some questions below that are of special interest to me. Thanks.

If you’ve had a chance to listen through, here are a few questions I’d be interested in your feedback on:
- What advantages do you think there are to listening to a post rather than to reading it? Disadvantages?
- How often are you likely to listen to a post? (Never, occasionally, regularly?)
- Would you be more likely to listen to a longer post (say 1500+ words) if it were in audio than you would read it, or the other way around?
- In what setting(s) would you be most likely to listen, and on what type of device(s)?
Your feedback is very helpful and greatly appreciated! (If you’d prefer to give private feedback, please indicate so in your comment and I will read it but not “approve” it for the blog. )
Thank you!

Video Link Added
I also wanted to let you know that I’ve added a special link to a short film that my oldest son, Tim, produced with a friend of his, Jordan Ingram. The film is called, An End to Us, and was produced for and submitted in the 2013
Thanks again for your feedback on the audio feature, and for your interest in this blog!
Yours in Him,
David

Dear David,
According to my experiences discussing to my blog readers there are people hear rather Audio teachings and others like the writings. Over the mentality this depend work situation too. A wife in the kitchen hears rather teachings during her work or a man during driving of his car.

Thank you, Sandor, for your feedback. It is good to know from other bloggers what their experience has been. With the mobility of smart phones and such, it seems this would be a good option for some.
God bless you!

Yes. Young people with smart phones told me they cann’t use longer writings and PDF format but audio format can load down and hear also during moving.
