FREE AUDIOBOOKS – Listen to or download from a selection of classic audiobooks that will serve to strengthen your walk with Christ.  Most of these have been produced by Librivox and are offered freely in the public domain.  I have chosen some of my favorites to host here by authors such as A.W. Tozer, Andrew Murray, E.M. Bounds, J.Hudson Taylor, D.L. Moody, Brother Lawrence, Madam Guyon, and Hannah Whitall Smith. Also included is the audiobook only (playlist format) page for the monumental work, Principles for the Gathering of Believers Under the Headship of Jesus Christ which has its full resource page listed farther down on this page.

Mp3s, as well as lyric and chord sheets are available from their website, along with additional worship and teaching resources. Enjoy!

“Experiencing Church” Now… As It Was In The Beginning – by Rodrigo Abarca – A spiritual treasure trove of wisdom and revelation concerning the Church as it was in the beginning and how God is seeking to work from the inside out within His people to bring His Bride back to His original intention in this day.  Lots of buried treasure here!

JESUS NOW (“Taste Test”) – by Frank Viola (free PDF ebook with additional links) – A sampling of Frank’s book Jesus Now – Unveiling the Present Day Ministry of Christ including an excellent chapter on Christ being, “The Head of the Church”.

PAGAN CHRISTIANITY? – by Frank Viola and George Barna (Free PDF – sample) –  An introductory sample of the classic book that unearths the historical roots of our common, modern-day church practices. A must read!

Principles for the Gathering of Believers Under the Headship of Jesus Christ by Gospel Fellowships. (Complete with links to PDF, mp3 and more free downloads) Please follow link for a description and complete download page (reproduced from Gospel Fellowships website.) Highly, highly recommended!

Revival and Recovery – by Arthur Wallis. This article was written as a special epilogue for the book, Another Wave of Revival by Frank Bartleman.  God used this book, and this epilogue in particular, in a very profound way in my life over thirty years ago (See post here.)  I’ve included the full text of the epilogue here with permission from Whitaker House who holds the copyright. (Please see end of article for publisher’s contact information)

  1. Dave, you might want to add a “contact” page so people can email you directly. (Such as my self) Can you send me your email? Thanks, Kris Connors.

Thanks for the recent blog with the free audios – and likewise this page. I downloaded a bunch of audios to listen to. I am especially enjoying the one on the Song of Songs! Thank you so much!

I’m glad that you are enjoying these, Pam. J. Hudson Taylor’s exposition on the Song of Songs is exquisite, and the narrator does an excellent job. I know that portion of Scripture is a favorite of yours, so I’m glad that you found it! Enjoy and be blessed! 🙂
