“The WORD in 3D”

“The WORD in 3D” is a collaborative blogging feature on this site.  With these projects I invite two other bloggers to join me in producing a post based around a short portion of Scripture in order to give a three-point (3D) perspective on it.  Each of the three authors independently writes up to 600 words on the particular text.  These are then compiled into a single post, and a collaborated prayer is added to close out the project

The goal of these posts is to help bring the Living WORD, the Lord Jesus Christ, into clearer view through the lens of the written Word of Scripture.  By giving a three-point perspective, it allows for their to be a complimentary blend of unity and diversity which brings a greater depth, fullness, and balance to each post.  These projects, likewise, model the principle of plurality in the ministry of God’s Word which is something the Church would do well to recapture.  Finally, they help to build relationship and community online by bringing together diverse bloggers to work together and to share their completed work with an expanded audience.

These posts have been some of the most popular on the blog.  I hope that you will take some time to partake of these special projects.  Below are a list of the completed posts to date.
